Ashimary Hair Return Policy Explained

Ashimary Hair’s return and exchange terms are time-based and condition-based. In general, products are covered by a replacement/refund warranty for 30 days from the date of purchase. To keep eligibility intact, items should remain unused and in the same condition as received, and they should be properly packed for return shipment. Requests are expected to be initiated promptly after delivery; contacting customer service within 14 days of receiving the order is a key timing requirement for return or exchange requests. When reaching out, include the order number, the item code(s), the reason for the request (refund or exchange), and a clear explanation supported by photos when relevant.

Certain categories are typically excluded from returns. Hair care and styling products, accessories, liquids, and special-order items are listed as ineligible for return. If a return is approved, customer service provides the correct return address; items should not be sent back to a general location address or a parcel address without approval. After the package is received, returned items may be inspected before a replacement is shipped or a refund is issued. Processing after receipt can take up to 14 business days, and confirmation is generally sent by email once the return is processed.

Shipping and fee expectations matter. Buyers are generally responsible for return shipping costs when the reason is personal preference (for example, dislike, selecting the wrong color, or selecting the wrong size). When the issue is attributable to the seller—such as defective, damaged, missing, or mis-shipped items—the policy indicates the seller is responsible for return shipping. Refusing delivery is discouraged because carrier call-back fees can be substantial; contacting customer service to arrange a return is the preferred approach. Freight-collect return shipments are not accepted.

Refund timing depends on the payment method and banking rails. Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment after the return is received and examined. For card payments, the posting timeline may depend on the card-issuing bank and can take about 7–10 business days after receipt of the returned item or after a cancellation request is processed. If a refund appears delayed, typical next steps include rechecking the bank or PayPal balance and then contacting the bank or card issuer for status. For order changes before shipment, cancellation is time-sensitive: canceling within the dispatch window (noted as within 3 working days, and also referenced as within 3–5 working days) is associated with a full refund, while cancellation may not be possible once an order has been processed and/or shipped.
