returned an item to Bergdorf Goodman on December 20, 2023 and Bergdorf Goodman sent me an email on December 26, 2023 advising me that they received my return on December 23, 2023 and it will take 14 days to give me a refund. I used Affirm to purchase this item. Up till now, January 15, 2024 Affirm has yet to receive the refund. I have made several calls to Bergdorf Goodman and they have continued to tell me that they're working on it. Today, I called them again, I was told by a lady by the name Myra that it will take an additional 45 days for them to affirm the refund. In the meantime, I am making payments to Affirm for the merchandise that I do not have. I asked Myra if Bergdorf Goodman had changed their 14 days return/refund policy. She responded no. I asked her again, why were they not abiding by their own refund 14 policy that was when she became billegerent and hung up the phone on me
