Rate your experience with Breville
Obviously your quality control is lacking. My original one did not heat accurately, and kept going off during cooking. You sent me another one, and the door was not hinged on one side. We returned that. It took almost 2 weeks to get another one. Now I need to return the original one. I printed the label you sent (took you 2 tries to do that!) Before we take it to UPS, I need to know if I need a QR code, which you did not send!!!???
