I pay $10 per month for limited content. Now they’ve created Britbox premier and want even more money before you can watch half the shows. Pretty underhanded.

Have tried for over an hour to cancel my BritBox subscription without success.

I am on the log in site. I enter my email address but your site does not go to passwotd. Do you have a phone number for me to call for help.

I have an annual plan. I find the new monthly offerings to be scant and far between. Tubi TV which is free has all kinds of British series. Why can’t BritBox find these series and add them to your offerings. I have watched a lot of really good series on Tubi.

I cancelled my subscription (05/29/25 which was the trial date to cancel); however, the reply from Britbox that the cancellation had been successful, but they want $14.95 charged to my credit card. I noted that the cancellation letter charge is $14.95; however, I cancelled on the internet which should not be charged! If need be, I will decline the payment and delete ALL financial info on my cancelled account! Sherl Murphy

I'm finding it impossible to cancel my subscription. I have the trial period which is ending next week. I do not want to get the paid subscription. The little bit I watched was okay, but I realize I have too many subscriptions.

we always watched britbox bbc series but since my husband passed away i have not watched as it was upsetting me.

Not be trusted, scam company, find anyway possible to not refund your hard earned money. Should never trust a company that does not publish a phone number on the web page. I will never recommend them to anyone!!!
