I ordered two backpacks for the granddaughter's school and I got a super small. They are ridiculously small those do not work to take things to school.
When I received it it was broke
Poor customer service, only received 1 earrings & was told I only ordered 1 earring. Description clearly shows earrings with a s! That’s plural! I’m sending them back & never using them again. Spend over 200$ with them, obviously customer satisfaction means nothing to them.
Very disappointed in the workmanship of this product! Writing on rabbit is off center, the face is off center, Monograms on feet very poorly done. Overall, i wish i could return these items, for a full refund. Never order from Callie again!!! Will let my friends know also!!!!!
