EcoFlow Return Policy Explained

EcoFlow’s standard return window is 30 days from the date the product is received for eligible purchases placed on EcoFlow’s official online store in the contiguous United States. Requests made after the 30-day window are generally not eligible for an unconditional refund or exchange. For purchases made through other retailers or marketplaces, return eligibility typically depends on the original seller’s policy, so the purchase channel matters when planning a return.

Order cancellation is time-sensitive. A full refund may be available if cancellation is requested within 24 hours after the order is placed. If a cancellation request is submitted after the first 24 hours but before delivery, a transaction fee may apply depending on the payment method used. Once an order has shipped, it generally must be received first before a return can be initiated, and cancellations may no longer be available beyond the stated post-shipment cutoff.

To start a return, the order should be registered through EcoFlow’s return center and/or initiated with customer support. Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or invoice) is typically required. Returned items are expected to be complete, including the main unit and included accessories, and packaged securely to reduce the risk of shipping damage. Returns sent without confirmation or without required authorization details may be refused or delayed.

Fees and refund outcomes can vary by reason for return. For non-defective returns, EcoFlow may deduct shipping costs and a payment transaction fee from the refund. For quality-related issues reported within the eligible period, EcoFlow may offer a full refund or a one-time replacement after the product is received and assessed. If a shipment is refused instead of being accepted and processed through the return flow, additional shipping deductions may apply.

Refund timing is not always immediate. After the returned product arrives at EcoFlow’s warehouse and the return is processed, refunds are typically issued within about 14 business days, with confirmation sent by email. If a replacement is approved, shipment timing depends on stock availability and processing time. For shipping damage, issues should be reported promptly after delivery so the claim can be handled while carrier documentation and packaging evidence are still available.
