It's been a nightmare trying to get a return label for items delivered ONLY TODAY! The message I get is this: You can no longer return. See our website for alternative ways to return?? What?? I LOVE the 2 hats and bag I did keep but if this is any indication of how EJ is run, I won't be a returning customer. I have spent 2 HOURS on this, going out of the country, and NEED to get these boxes off to you! Please help me with this. Thanks.
