I want to cancel my free trail subscription
I canceled 2 months ago and got verification from Peacock that I had canceled. However they keep billing my credit card. I called and the guy i spoke to assured me if my account was canceled my credit card information would be wiped out also. They lied and continue to bill my card. I wouldnt recommend this service to anyone! Good luck even getting a good number for customer service.
We forgot to cancel before the end of the one week trial and now we’ve been charged $90! Good luck getting someone on the phone, email or chat. Most unhelpful customer service experience.
I am unable to access my peacock account without using their customer service chat, as a bug in their system will not accept my password or send me a password reset email. They blame me for this issue and refuse to look at it or fix it.
