Nen o et 60 system and have not received my refund. I canceled my policy because they were harrassing me daily. Evrn entered my property without consent. Let me start eith the beacon so they could follow me. This company needs to be sued big time@ for harrassment. Not refunding money, trespassing

I canceled all my policies on the 9th of December before they even took effect. I got a check for each auto policy and one for my umbrella policy then you decided to return my homeowners policy refund to my card. I've been waiting for a month for this refund that shows as pending in my account and not sure how long or why it is held up. I can't remember ever having to wait this long for a refund.
