The Louvre went on strike yesterday. We waiting in line for 4 hours. It never opened. And Viator will not give us refund!
Viator cancelled a trip the evening before due to bad weather (Hot Airballoon ride). Customer Service has not replied to my complain for a week now. I do not understand why I even have to complain if they canceled on my in the first place
