DreamCloud Return Policy Explained

DreamCloud offers a generous 365-night trial period for their mattresses, allowing customers to thoroughly test the product in the comfort of their own home. This extensive trial period is designed to ensure that customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, the mattress does not meet expectations, customers can initiate a return within this period. The process is straightforward: customers need to contact DreamCloud's customer service to start the return process. The company will then arrange for the mattress to be picked up from the customer's home, free of charge.

One of the common complaints about the return policy is the requirement to try the mattress for at least 30 days before initiating a return. This is because it can take some time for the body to adjust to a new mattress. While this policy is in place to encourage customers to give the mattress a fair chance, some customers find this waiting period inconvenient, especially if they are uncomfortable.

Another point of contention is the condition of the mattress upon return. DreamCloud requires that the mattress be in good condition, free from stains, damage, or excessive wear. This can be a challenge for some customers, especially if they have pets or children. To avoid issues, it's recommended to use a mattress protector during the trial period.

Refunds are processed once the mattress is picked up and inspected. Customers can expect to receive their refund within a few weeks. However, some customers have reported delays in receiving their refunds, which can be frustrating. It's advisable to keep all communication records with customer service to expedite the process if needed.

Overall, DreamCloud's return policy is customer-friendly, offering a risk-free way to try out their mattresses. However, understanding the terms and conditions, such as the 30-day adjustment period and the condition requirements, can help avoid potential issues and ensure a smooth return process.

Worst mattress I’ve ever bought…. In the process of seeking a refund. Customer service is friendly, but not really helpful.. do not buy this mattress. I purchased the hybrid, it’s way too soft, no edge support.

Dream Cloud is the worst quality! I bought a bed frame which fell apart at 64 days and all they would do was send me the same poor quality item. They would not substitute for a different style or refund me. They do not stand by their products! They have horrible customer service and it is impossible to speak to a supervisor. Do NOT buy from them!!!!

Hi. First of all I’m a good honest person. that respects the same integrity when a company says like it’s easy Peary to return their mattress if dissatisfied oh but no one is every not in heaven with this mattress. Well we were. It’s was not comfortable. It sloped down hill on corners and here’s the kicker. You can’t return mattress if stained and it stains. It’s stains more when you try to clean it and the cover is gauzy and rips apart if you try to rub it blot a stain. So I complained after 7 months and got talked into trying a topper when it was already too soft. I tried that until guess what. The 365 days are over and not only can we not get a refund but not even a trade out for nectar mattress that they own. I don’t trust any now but it’s better than nothing. No response. It’s stained so no return. Do not trust this company. They lack integrity and I believe it’s a scam. Our mattress was faulty. Bent in middle you name it but it’s stained. They are liars and amongst the rest of satans world loving money over people. I’m very upset 1400 later and I’m throwing it away and buying from a company I trust.

Customer service was good but the company is not what I expected it to be. The issue for me is the mattress has started having dark spots in the mattress and I had to send a picture to them and I was told that it was mold spots and they will not do anything about that. I was told that the warranty would not be good for that so I am stuck with a mattress that they apparently know would do this. I only used their mattress protection cover in which case I did. I don't believe that a customer has to be responsible for their products if it gets mold spots and they want you to pay full price and makes it impossible for a return. Do not buy off line always buy in store if possible. I have never been through such an ordeal like this.
