it takes to long to return parts

Unable to return a defective item because I could not provide a photo. I used to spend thousands of dollars on eBay. Not anymore.

Ebay defended a seller who falsely advertised and item as new and refused to do anything about it even though they acknowledge they can read the emails between us where the seller acknowledged the item was previously used.
