Rate your experience with Halo
We returned our collar and was told 7-10 days until we would be refunded. That has came and passed. I have called several times to just get the same answer. “I will send a message to that department” Apparently there was an error when they attempted to issue a refund the day they got the collar, but no one can tell me what that error was. You can’t talk to anyone except on their “virtual dog park” It’s a lot of money that is mine that we could really use right now.
I have been waiting months for a refund that I was given a very small window of time to complete a return in, to only have no availabilty to speak to a person by phone, and when I was able to get through to someone I was given the runaround several times with still no questions answered. I had these collars for two days prior to returning and it is now 5 months later. So very disappointing for something that was very expensive.
