I don't like the way you have us to cancel. I am 84 and I had never heard of this crazy thing of paying to return anything. I thought I was finish with this products but then I got a box that cost me $80.00. I try to get a return label and of course I never heard back so I don’t like your products what do I do with them. I have never seen a business like you all have and will tell people about your the products.

I have been trying to return and cancel my account and just being sent to one web site to another and another WITH NO RESULTS, what kind of business does this to a customer?

It's really hard to speak to anyone, about cancel you order. THEN when you try to cancel it will give you a error massage about you just placed this order try back later. what kind of mess is that. this just not what i want to deal with.No communication with on one.

Impossible to contact...have spent hours trying to return the purchase for two days. Please discontinue my future deliveries/disable auto-delivery.

Too hard to make a return and foundation not what is shown on website.

I ordered from my phone. The process picked up an old email that I no longer use from my phone. I did not enter that old email. I have spent many hours over days starting a week after I received the products. The makeup and concealer are too dark. I liked the primer. There are several emails I've tried, and an automated phone number that just sends one back to the customerservice email. After explaining in a long chat, I was sent to a page asking to charge me a $1.00 sign up fee and $47.00 a month to chat. I also got an "OOPS! Something went wrong" message that directed me back to the customer service page. What a runaround!!! Do NOT use this company!!!!

Horrible service , i was charged for trying something for free and now they keep sending me stuff and charging me and i am not able to dispute the charge or cancel the subscription
