Absolutely not true, I went to return or exchange my daughter shoes which my husband bought her for her birthday as gift he brought a size smaller the manger located at store located at Coolsprings Galleria 1800 Galleria Blvd 2190 Franklin, TN 37067 United States 615-771-0413 He refused to even exchange the shoes after I take it back least in 5 days when my husband bought the shoes my daughter didn’t even wear the shoe at all the manger there have bad attitude to the customer treated he shouldn’t be there working

I literally put these new shoes on as soon as I got home. They did not feel just right. I immediately took them off and put them back in the box. The very next day and eas told 'they are used and cannot accept them as a return or exchange.' Literally unacceptable. I advise any or all intetested patrons to avoid the Southern Park Mall location in Boardman Ohio.

Jd sports are awful with returns. I went back to the store where my son purchased some joggers that were too small for him. I went to exchange for a larger size and they claim that they smell as though they've been worn when they didn't even fit! We only wanted to exchange for a larger size
