Bought an LG fridge. Not even 2 months old and the fridge part is not working. Freezer is over freezing. Been waiting for a week for a repair man. Just more run around. Lost hundreds in groceries. Will never buy LG junk ever again. Junk warrant, junk customer service
I have been waiting for a refund or replacement for 34 days! They owe me over $800!! The unit worked 37 days! I have been jerked along 34 days for resolution! I have made numerous calls, long holds, completed forms, sent photos, over and over! Dont buy their AC products!
Worst buying experience I've ever had! LG OWES ME $762.99 !!!!!!
LG customer service is responding with no logic for the cooktop purchased in a new home provided by the builder, asking for proof of purchase and not ready to accept the home closure date with is my equipment purchase date, and asking to pay for a manufacturing defect of the equipment.
