I send wrong items but never return back. Very bad customers service, even the manager can’t relocate my wrong items!

Hello. I purchased a beautiful dress on line several months ago for my daughters June wedding. I just tried it on and it feels tight. I think I need one size up for me to be more comfortable. I checked but you do not have a size 12. Is there a possibility that I can return it?
