I tried to stop an order. I charged my account and then said it was to late. Customer Service is non existent. I have tried several time to cancel and not return the item . Now they are charging me $4.99 membership fee and I did not request to be a member. I highly reccommend that you shop elsewhere

I will not deal with Shapermint again. The sizing was off, through no fault of mine, and then to add insult to injury, I had to pay to return it. That's not a company I am going to deal with.
