I have tried for over a month to just get a return label so I can exchange my very expensive bra for a smaller size. I was able to "chat" with a stylefit person and she said that I should exchange it for this other size and that she would send the label by mail because I didn't have a printer. Well, finally I got an email that said how to print it. I have tried and tried every way to get a hold of them to change it. Every # hangs up on me and all I get on chat is wanting to find my bra size. Scam?
I can't understand how to get my bra returned. I have tried numerous times to get a shipping label or find out what I need to do to send it back. There is one place that says I returned it. I have it right here with me, and if I would have sent it back, then where is my refund? Today is the 60th day, but I feel I should be granted extra time, simply because it has been a real hassle to try to send it back. What happened to your company phone number??
