On line VS returns policy is you can return without receipt for lowest sale price, when I went to return my items with out the receipt they said that the store doesn’t follow that policy and will only exchange for lowest sales price, wouldn’t even do a gift card. My option is their product has decreased so much that now once they have your money they won’t let go of it, as customers are returns. Very disappoint with both the product and lack of custom service. Will not be returning.
Tried to return a bra. Site says cannot find order. Phone number disconnected. What is going on
Purchased a bra and upon getting home noticed it was damaged, within a week I went to the store to exchange, they refused to exchange or return. Not only did I have my receipt but they were so rude. I also called customer service and apparently nothing can be done. How can they guarantee that all their products are not defective if they won't take back a damaged item.
