trying to return a faulty product and am having a terrible time getting a return label sent to me.
orders made in error, website for orders are bad, duplicate items/orders, differ by prices, not happy until I get my cash refund, not credit.
Buyer Beware!! Return policy is terrible. Purchased an item for almost $70.00 and only about $18.00 qualified for credit. Shipping return was $25.00! The credit would be in the form of e Gift Card for Sharper Image and not to the original Credit Card that was used. I will never purchase from again, terrible customer satisfaction.
