Most of the time I have had positive experiences. I have had a little trouble getting on the refund sight.

I have found it very to return products at Temu. I can't easily find my orders so I can return them in a timely manner. I have several items I want to return but can't get to the orders page to indicate I want ti return them.

I have ordered several items from TEMU in the last 9 months or so. I have had mostly good experiences and products up to par. However, I was hospitalized and quite ill for some time after some of the first orders and found the clothing too large. I would like to return the clothing for some refund or credit towards a new order and refund for the damaged product. I am sure based on the always accommodating and pleasure to do business with TEMU, I will have find the same help now that I am back on my feet. PS With all good intentions, I can never try to just browse without ordering something!)

love the quality of the shirts

I returned an awning I purchase thru TEMU. I returned in same box using same inside packing. Refund was denied by vendor saying it was damaged and could not be resold. Unless UPS damaged it, it was in the same packaging as when I received. I do not believe it was returned damaged, they simply did not want to give me a refund. I’ll never shop here again, 2nd 3rd time I’ve bought and items received are always misleading.

all the clothing is way to large. No use for them. I reeived 12 diamond paintings, I'll keep those,the purple roller came without a handle, order 1 shower curtain set got 4 different ones. Apparently if you look at something it is considered purhased. 3 shower curtains unwanted.. very disappointed and do not want the items mentioned.Needless to say, I will not be ordering from you again. Now how to I geet my money back.

Pants did not fit correctly and material was not up to standards. However I do love Temu. The item just fit correctly.
