I ordered some items for my grand daughter and the courier they use says it was delivered but we never received the package and they won’t resend the items but I still have to pay for them. I reached out to the courier like the associate told me to and they told me to contact the children’s place. So pretty much I’m out the money and the clothes. Will not shop there again.

CHILDRENS PLACE IS TRASH I WILL NOT BE BACK....IF YOU DONT HAVE YOUR RECEIPT OR IT WAS FOR A GIFT IT WILL BE UNNECESSARY TO EVEN GO TO EXCHANGE YOU WONT GET IT. HATE THEM AND I DEF WONT BE BACK.

Terrible customer service. A day beyond the 45 day return period and you get current selling price that you have to spend the same moment. In my case current selling process was half what I paid and being forced to use it at the moment seems like a hold up. 👎🏼 Will NO longer do business with any of The Children's Place or it's sister stores.

Their 45 day return window begins the date of purchase, not the date received. So for online purchases shipping time is deducted from your 45 day window!
