I have been trying to talk to someone for for over 1 and a half hours and I’m very frustrated
I NEED TO RETURN SHEETS TO THE STORE AND NEED A LABLE TO PRINT
I just would like to exchange an item, but it will cost just as much to ship the one that I don't want back. I just ordered the one that I want on Amazon. I will never buy from Bed, Bath and Beyond again.
GOT MY ITEMS WAY TOO LATE AND THE REST CAME TWO WEEKS LATER. NOW IS TOO LATE FOR THE GIFT THAT WAS TO BE GIVEN.
Horrible experience and will not shop with this company again. We tried canceling a large item and kept calling, chatting, and submitting a return request prior to the item leaving their warehouse. They ended up losing the item and customer service could not locate it for several weeks. After 2 months of contacting them at least 10x we finally received a refund and they refused to wave shipping costs, which were a few hundred dollars. We should have went with a more stable and local company instead of saving a few dollars.
Just received item last night. It does not work in my space. all stores are closed so can not return to store. it is going to cost me 20.00 to return because I do not like and it does not work in my space..."buyers remorse." will not be purchasing from Bed Bath and Beyond again.
