Awful company is stealing customers money. I returned items in person and the clerk was too lazy to process the refund. I have never heard of a store that accepts returns and does not ask for the original form of payment on the spot to direct the money back to customers accounts immediately. I contacted the store, customer service and all were unwilling to help. Kept giving me an unethical response saying my bank is behind. Excuse me? I bank with a major carrier that’s just an excuse to say your team hasn’t processed the payment.
