The policy is designed to be efficient for the company, not generous for the customer. The #1 reason for refund delays is missing paperwork. If you return, include EVERY document from the original package and get a shipping receipt with tracking. If you do that, the process is usually smooth. If you don't, your return gets lost in a warehouse bin for weeks.
