Kohls DOES NOT return Kohls Card purchases up to 120 days. I followed the return policy using my Kohls MVC Visa card and, in less than 120 days was told my item could not be returned because the policy was 90 days. I showed them the transaction on my Kohls.com account and Capital One statement, and the clerk believed me that I had used my Kohls card and returned the item with receipt within the stated time frame, but the system was saying the return period was 90 days and that they could not override the computer.

I think Kohl's treats seniors with a cold indifference to their needs, There is no excuse for not being able to send a mailing label for a refund.

I need to retract a previous statement about kohls return policy. I had to call the credit card company to get my concern taken care of. I found that my full amount was returned to me and the kohls cash was not part of the refund. The sales clerk was not very clear about the return. I totally miss understood the situation.

I love Kohls! I love the products, that is, and Kolhs cash, the people who work there, their hours, sales and return policies! Every thing EXCEPT their prices! I recently got to spend $80 in gift cards, which was wonderful! But, the things I bought at 80% off, were imo, finally rightfully priced! 😊

I tried to return a pair of mens slippers but had lost receipt. The rude sales clerk at the Medford, MA store refused to accept return even though you say it's easy to return at Kohl's. Will never visit this store again and go to another Kohl's to return item.

The steps to return an item purchased online are too difficult. I have been a Kohl'scustomer for over 20 years. Shopping in store has always been easy and a pleasure. With age and mobility limitations shopping on line is almost a necessity. Sometimes you need to return something either for exchange or refund. For full disclosure, I also shop Amazon. Refunds at Amazon allow printing out shipping label, shipper will pick up, or drop at nearest pickup station. Refund is accomplished as soon as package is received at pickup station. Your site to get your return policy is a lot of reading to get to the bottom line. I must box my shipment, label it, and take to post office and pay for return shipping. Where should I shop?

Horrible.. I ordered a bra to be picked up in the store when I did pick it up. There were no tags or anything on it I brought it back because of this and the sales associate was so rude as if I did something. I don't understand why it would take so long to have my card refunded with the credit. They take the money out quickly. And I have to wait when they gave me nasty merchandise unbelievable.

I purchased a Kalorik air fryer from. kohls .com in august 2022 and it came with several big dents on top and sides. Kohl’s gave me a discount because of dents but it hasn’t worked very well. I wish I hadn’t accepted it. I called customer service and they told me to call manufacturer and I didn’t get anywhere with that call. I’m a good customer with Kohl’s and do most of my shopping there. If they would give me credit for what I paid for it towards a new one I would be happy
