Disappointed at the cost of needing to return

Can not get through the return website, and I cant get an answer when I call. The worst return site ever

you need to be able to ask someone a question!!!!

The website and instructions are extremely difficult to navigate. very poor service.

Horrible return policy. They did not refund the postage charge, the tax and hey hit me with a $6.95 return charge. I'll never buy from them again.

Had a difficult time at first returning, simply because I don't have a printer that is working and did not know PW for Microsoft. After much frustration I called customer service and got a pleasant young lady who helped me. Thank the Lord. S. Wilson
