I bought a sweater less than two months ago wore it 2 or maybe 3 times. It sheds all over everything!! My car seat and seat belt is covered with fuss balls. I learned that trying to return it Macys doesn’t stand behind their merchandise. When in the store a supervisor Told me if we can’t resell it we won’t return it!!!!!!!! Why would you resell it if I just told her and showed her pictures of the fuss all over everything?????? Makes no sense!!! I no longer will be a Macy’s customer!!!

Return policy is awful - no comparison with other vendors - Target is better! If they find it, no receipt needed! Get with it Macy's!

The last act at list has to have 3 days for return because you shop for your kids that are not always with you. How you can’t return if that’s not fit. Also, it’s not always cheap. Makes me shop less at Macy's.

I bought a dress I. Final sale. On this. Today is Sunday without 3 days yet. The manager Destiny refuses change the dress . Only was the wrong size. And there is other size available for me. She wasn't polite with me and not helpful. Even the customer service phone let me know MACY'S DON'T HAVE CUSTOMERS SERVICE.

They advertised a really nice $2100 gray sectional that turned out to be baby blue they refused to let me return without a 10% restocking fee not only was the color completely off but so were the dimensions and the customer service was the most horrible I’ve ever experienced even from a “supervisor” . After being a 20+years customer I’m finally parting ways with this major retailer. Like my husband said “don’t buy online if u don’t wanna be disappointed!”

I returned 2 pair of shoes in store and used me paypal account and paid online and I returned my shoes in store on 6/22/23 and I am still fighting w/ customer service over the phone to get my refund. This is so crazy.

If I could give a -0 I would. I bought my debit card. When I returned she returned it as a credit on my debit card. I still have not received the refund. It’s not even processing in my account.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE WITHOUT RECEIPT- You can enjoy a Macy's exchange without receipt, but the item you purchased must have its original tags. An item with original tags in original packaging can be returned to Macy's within 90 days. It's easiest to return such an item if you can specify your method of payment when you purchased the item. This way, the staff representative at Macy's can look up the purchase and refund the card that was used to purchase the product in question.,,,/ WHAT IF I DIDN'T USE A CARD? WHAT IF I USED CASH?

I'm a loyal Macys shopper for over 50 years. However, I tried to return a defective pair of Isotoner gloves within 30 days of purchase after only wearing them twice while driving they started shredding. Macys refused to even exchange them!
