I have tried to find the return label and I don't want to pay for a return label. This program isn't helpful at all.

Ordered a musical Santa candy dish that I loved. Unfortunately, when it arrived it was shattered beyond repair. I called customer service and they offered to replace it at no charge. They did not have the Santa in stock, so they offered a snowman instead. I was very disappointed that the Santa was no longer available but extremely pleased with the level of customer service I received.

For over an hour and a half I was "on-hold" waiting for a representative to answer so I could get a return label. Meanwhile I was using up the minutes on my cell. Ended hanging up due to not having enough minutes on my cell. I have requested labels in the past for my orders as I do not have a printer. A company as large as QVC should have policies in place for customers that need the return labels included due to not having accessibility to printers.

Was charged 6.95 on my return. Don't understand why I was also charged the 5.50 that I paid when the item was shipped to me. Seems I've paid for shipping 3 times on an item that only traveled TWICE!!! Total return cost me 12.45. QVC needs to remove the V!!! No longer a value!!

So cute but so disappointed. I handwashed this dress in cold water and hung to dry - it still shrunk. Must be a size smaller now. Will have to return.

I had two products that I needed to return.The products came without return labels. It was so inconvenient trying to get a return label sent to me I'm reconsidering shopping w QVC anymore. Not liking the no return labels anymore.....WHY ???
