I purchased a couch, loveseat & recliner from your store last week & it was delivered Wednesday, August 14. After delivery my husband & I realized that the recliner was more bulky than we expected & didn’t fit properly in our living room. I called this morning at 10 and got the response that once delivered furniture is unreturnable! I’m quite disappointed in that we just had the recliner 24 hours-there was another recliner we were interested in & if I had been able to return the one in question would have bought the other! We have purchased furniture from you in the past, as well as other family members & found you very reliable but I won’t be visiting your store again after this experience!
They don’t care about their customers. It doesn’t matter how many times you call them. I have purchased lot of furniture from them. This is first time my one sofa doesn’t fit in my living room. I have called them on the same day they delivered the furniture and requested to replace my one sofa with something else, they said no. I called them so many times to convince but they are so rude and unprofessional. I will never purchase anything from them because they don’t care about their customers feelings.
Bought matress that is so uncomfortable I’m now having worsening back pain. They say you can exchange within 120-days but are making me wait 30 days first. The salesman did NOT say I had to wait 30 days. I’ve contacted customer service three times to no avail. Very unhappy. Also bought couch and very poor construction!!!
I had new furniture delivered and it is nothing like the furniture in the store . The cushions are very hard, whereas the store cushions were soft and had memory foam. I select furniture based on the sample in the store. Who doesn’t? Why else is it there? I am having an extremely hard time getting R&F to return the furniture and let me select new furniture. At this point I would like a refund and just not buy furniture from R&F anymore.
I found the store manager in the Cherry Hill Store to be disrespectful when talking to me. I am a woman!
Furniture poorly made. Bureau draws unstable when opened. Also, they do not give refunds !!! Not happy with purchase.

i bought a mattress set on 8/12/23. Salesman suckered me by telling me that I'd want the mattress pad "It's great!". Okay. Total cost was about $4,000 for the mattress, box spring, and "mattress pad"......the standard quilted pad that is laid on top of the matress. After the sale I was looking at the paperwork: $299.00 for the "great" mattress pad. I went back to the store today (9/10/23) to return it. I never opened the package. It was new. The 'greeter" at the door told me that it's been 30 days and they have a "no returns" policy. Milton ---my salesman -- told me --- you don't like it "return it"! I never asked how much the pad cost (my error), but I assumed it was a normal cost. I also never asked if I could return the pad....I assumed that the pad, like the mattress, was returnable. Go elsewhere ......anywhere else......or ask as many questions as you can about their return policy, and get it in writing before you leave the store. I wish that I had!
be forewarned I placed a bedroom order, they delivered a floor sample that was damaged, I wanted to return the full order, they refused to allow the return. plus I will not get the 2 missing pieces until November
I purchased a sectional and it's not comfortable at all.. it was an online purchase, as the store didn't have it. Is there anyway I can exchange the sectional ?
The set we bought was uncomfortable after spending a few nights on it with a sick child. I have had a chronic cough and the ENT suggested it was possibly the sofa since it started 3 days after delivery. The store will only do an exchange, even though I requested a refund minus delivery fee and 10% return fee.
