This company has been the worst. I don't recommend unless you can't find what you need elsewhere. I would give a 0 star if possible. Shop Walmart. Charging a customer to return something they weren't happy with, is awful customer service, also bad for keeping customers.

I ordered an area rug and the color doesn’t go in the room
By the time I was ready to install lights I ordered i did not realize we had hit the 30 day return window. Also the light I ordered did not have a swing arm as displayed in the store. Stuck with over 200$ worth of lamps I am unable to use.....

I was going to return a Gazebo a week ago because we had a part missing. Wayfair was able to find a part for me and told me it would be here no later then last Friday May 27th, Well here it is July 1st and no part. I need the canopy by Thursday or this gazebo is going back for a full refund!
Wayfair sent me a duplicate order and the website is giving me the run-a-round. I should not have to pay postage on something I did not purchace. I ordered 1 they sent me a second one!

the cost of the items are returned but then they charge you a shipping fee for EACH item regardless if it was shipped as one item. I ordered 2 sets of drapes that Items arrived in one box yet I had to pay a shipping fee for 2 boxes even though I returned it in the same (singular) box I received it in. NEVER again will I use Wayfair.

I canceled my item the very exact day then called and they told me they would have my refund in process got online to check wasn’t done now I can cancel my items because they say there on the way I just want my money back
The product review is issued from the manufacturer and description is not always correct. I ordered a toaster oven with timer but the timer was only for toast, not the oven. I tried to cancel but I was only a few hours too late. I’m refusing the package and they’d better not charge me for return shipping. I learned about the timer issue only by reading reviews after I ordered. I’ll always read reviews now beforehand!
Horrible. Bought a Christmas tree. Nothing like the picture or description. First and last purchase from Wayfair. The teviews posted must be made up. Lesson learned.
I've ALWAYS had GOOD SERVICE FROM WAYFAIR!!! I expect quality from stores like Wayfair with it's extensive advertising! I've always had: On time deliveries; items packaged well & merchandise in great condition! Have purchased many things over the past two or three years and no problems encountered. Rec'd great quality rugs, outdoor fountain all in one piece, kitchenware, always packaged sufficiently, etc., etc. This is my "GO TO STORE ONLINE" besides the other BIG BOX STORE!!!!! AND I'm VERY PICKY!

Bought a clock radio, just got it , nothing but a piece, of junk. Never saw such crap.
DO NOT BUY FUNITURE FROM WAYFAIR. The furniture I bought was damage and it cost me more to return it than it did to buy the chair. The chair was lopsided and the foot stand would not go down ounce it was up. The furniture looks good but is cheaply made. Lesson learned I will NEVER buy anything from wayfair e and they did not pay me two hundred dollars

Buyer beware! Wayfair will cost you thousands if unaware of strict 30 day policy. Working on extensive remodel had bought many items from Wayfair to be ready for contractor/electrician but when two items didn’t work for area I was told to try and sale on marketplace. Items fully packed and never used but past 30 days but under 90.
Buyer beware. Bought a colorful rug only to discover colors were “enhanced” on website. Not anywhere near what I thought I was buying. Now I get to spend 76.OO to return it. Horrible policy!

Forget about Wayfair. As the article says, you will not know exactly what the item looks like until you receive it. We ordered a "Natural" colored end-table that is somewhere between yellow and sand. Disgusting Chinese junk. And now we have to pay shipping to return the item. NEVER AGAIN!
I returned area rugs in original packaging. Rugs were poor quality. They would not refund my money!
