I was happy to find some items that I liked at Rue La La but the return process is a nightmare. I was under the impression that I would get a refund on my original form of payment but instead they opt to make it a store credit. Well I've been paying interest on my credit card for 2 months without even knowing I had a store credit. If you look at their website the only think you can do is send an email, which later on you get an Ai response the solves absolutely nothing. I had to play detective and search the web for their number. When I was able to speak to someone, they said I had to talk to someone in their billing department. I've been on hold for over 15 minutes and still no one has taken my call. I guess I will just continue to enjoy the music as long as I can. All I can say is that this is not a pleasant experience and I will triple check myself before I even buy anything from here again. Having $2,000 in limbo is not fun!
Worst customer service ever
