Horrible customer service. Received an order where EVERY item was used or damaged. One item was okay. I hate Belk.

Belk charges everyone including Elites $9.95 for return shipping label. I want to print my own label for half that cost but they don't provide their return shipping address anywhere unless you print out one of their labels that cost $9.95. Other retailers give you the choice to mail back items yourself but Belk makes it difficult to do that.

Mt. Juliet, TN store’s customer service is horrible. The man I dealt with was incredibly rude and unkempt (associate 000558). Their return policy is ridiculous. Needless to say I will be shopping elsewhere in the future.

Unable to return items after 30 days. Unable to return for a store credit. I have 3 items that are of no use to me.

As a Belk customer for many many years today we tried to return or exchange a small item that we were refused. We have never experienced a problem exchanging or getting refund. We were told today 30 days is their return policy. When did it change?
