Need to return items for refund

just tried to return a shirt purchased 1 week ago at Outlet in Castle Rock, co. I had receipt and tag, although I had clipped the tag off. Sales clerk said nothing she can do, was rude and said because I had reoved the tag she could not refund, exchange or give store credit. I have been loyal shopper for over 10 years- but no more. And I'm telling all my friends!

Have to return dress I ordered. It isn't what I expected and is too large. Thanks you for refunding the cost.
