All went well at the JJill store where I returned a pair of jeans and initiated an exchange for different size. However, the pair that came to me in the mail for my exchange was defective. It was oddly sewn and the outside seam actually wrapped around on one leg to the front. After waiting a week for my new jeans now I have to go to the store again and return them again and wait for another pair again. It’s really unfortunate because the first pair of jeans that I had were amazing, just a little big. I’m very disappointed with the quality of the jeans they tried to stick me with.
I need to return an item. What do I need to do/?

Could not get to page which will provide the return shipping label. Kept on being taken to the order status page instead of the page with the actual shipping label.
Why would J Jill make it complicated to ‘Exchange' an item? Why can you not just go online to initiate your exchange? Makes no sense. It will certainly make me think twice before ordering from J Jill again….and I’ve been a very good customer. You should be able to go to their site, make an exchange and print out a label….like every other shopping site I use. This is archaic!
Wrong item..sent...ordered top with short sleeves...mailed shorts...

I'm very disappointed in the new return policy. I have purchased from jjill for years because of the return convenience. This is a deal breaker for me. It's too complicated and I'm not interested in adding another site just to process a return.
I bought two blouses and a pair od slacks. I love love love all three. The fit and quality all awesome! I can't wait for my next shopping experience.
