I ordered Nike boots o. The 0th. They were to have arrived a week later. I got email stating the shipping has been delayed. I called the 21st to cancel since they wouldn’t arrive e by Christmas! They would let me cancel even though they hadn’t been shipped. Ironically, they were shipped the 22nd. Of course not in time for Christening. I received them today. Now I have to send them back at my cost and wait for the refund! I will never order from Nike again.

terrible customer service, i ordered several items, i had to return a few because they were the wrong size an then there were a couple that i never got, i had proof i returned the items an they only sent me a partial refund for the items they stated they recieved, never got refunded for items that didnt get,nor did they replace them. called a least a dozen times got a different story each time. will never buy there again and several people i know stated they never got items or refunded either

I purchased a pair of Nike shoes which after a short time began to squeak. I found not have the original box so forget about returns. I was traveling when I purchased then so who recalls where you bought a pair of shoes. So I'll toss them and will NEVER buy another Nike product again.s

I have always used Nike shoes and I was very happy with them, up until now! I got a pair of shoes for my birthday that squeaked!! "very loud" after I washed them. I tried all the things that were suggested and no results, so I go to the store they tell me since I have no receipt they send me to call the Nike # and they still can't help me. They were a gift not everyone gets a receipt for all the gifts that they get on their birthday. How uncomfortable is it to ask for a receipt for all my gifts. Needless to say, I will never purchase anything from Nike, especially shoes!!
