Purchased a pair of Irving leather chairs. Within a month the backs started to show significant rippling of the leather, and the foam was collapsing. We went back to the store to look at the sample we saw when we ordered - it looked fine despite being on the floor for over 5-years according to the sales associate. PB was a pain to work with. Won't shop there again - Crate & Barrell is much better; and RH better still (fantastic quality)

Delivery was quick, but they are not the Beth rugs that I picked out. The ones I picked out had a loop on them and there’s no loop in this I believe they sent the wrong rugs.
